pulp board and clean waste paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration through pupling screening, grinding and addition of chemical agents, including:pupler,grinder,pulp tank, water tank,pulp pump,water pump,agitator,consistency and control cabinet.
Attach pulp onto the specially-made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet blank and then deliver it to the drying system.
Supply vacuum for product forming.
Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine.
Automation Condition:Fully automatic design, forming, hot pressing, trimming, stacking four processes completed automatically in one machine.
Output: 2T/day(when producing different products, there will be a difference in production, this data is for reference only).
Operator Required: Pulping: Fully automatic operation, 1 operator required, mainly for weighing and feeding, but when it comes to other crushing, pulping, adding water and chemical additives, pumping, consistency adjustment, all is with complete auotmation;
