BeSure headquarter is located in Foshan GuangDong which is the equipment manufacturing center in China, focusing on R&D, manufacturing and sales of various kinds of pulp molding equipment and molds.
The factory covers an area of 38000 square meters and has more than 150 employees.
A strong technical team is the foundation of our position in the pulp molding industry. Currently, the total number of employees in departments such as equipment R&D, engineering installation and commissioning, electrical engineering processes, technical support, mold design and manufacturing, production, quality control, and sales exceeds 100, covering multiple disciplines including mechanical engineering, electronics, thermal engineering, fluid mechanics, papermaking, product design, and engineering design.
The equipment workshop is divided into several parts,including cutting, welding, assembling, painting, processing, electrical assembling and so on . There are different kinds of processing equipment such as CNC machine, milling machine, drilling machine, lathe, shearing machine, bending machine, wire cutting machine, etc.

The mold manufacturing workshop includes processes such as CNC machining, drilling, mesh covering, polishing, and assembly. The workshop is equipped with tableware and fine packaging machines for product R&D, testing, and improvement. It is also used for customer visits and technician training.
In addition, there is a mold testing workshop for mold testing and sample production. The workshop is equipped with a complete equipment testing system, including pulping, vacuum, high-pressure water, and compressed air systems, for commissioning of equipment before shipment to ensure that all equipment meets quality standards.
To enhance the intelligence of equipment, Besure has been committed to the development of automated equipment and production lines. Currently, BST has several pioneering technologies in China and holds multiple national patents, leading the development of the global pulp molding industry and driving the advancement of pulp molding technology towards intelligence.
