BST semi-automatic / full automatic Pulp molding machine adopts recycled newspaper, used cartons, waste paper, office paper as raw materials, through the process of pulping, absorption forming, reciprocated drying, shaping and stacking etc, producing different kinds of egg trays, with over 20 years experience and advanced patented technology, offering turnkey solutions for remarkable energy-saving, high efficiency and reliable pulp molding production line.
High precision servo motor drive,high efficiency and energy-saving drying line.
1,Use precision reducer servo motor forming and transferring to ensure smiith and fast operation.
2,Use absolute encoder to achieve accurate correction.
3,The use of bronze casting static and dynamic ring structure is more suitable for product dewatering process.
4,The use of mechanical structure to ensure that the mold close on both sides evenly.
5,Large capacity; Water content is low;Save the cost of drying.
Turm waste paper,such as old newspaper,magazines and cartons,into pilp of certain consistency through pupling,screening,and additive chemical application for forming ,main equipments,pulper,pulp tank,water tank,pilp pump,water pump,agitator consistency controller,control cabinet,etc.
Attach pulp onto the specially-made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet blank and then deliver it to the drying system.
Use geating fuels,such as GAS,LPG,LNG,diesel ,steam and thermo oil to dry the formeg wet blanks.
Count the number of dried products ,separate them and stack them up for automated packing.
Supply vacuum for product forming.
Supply compressed air for forming machine.
Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine.
