BST Fully Automatic High Capacity Egg Tray Production Line

1. Automatic high-speed rotray machine, using SEW motor from Germany+precision reducer+mechanical mechanism, reducing the number of rotray faces and mold quantities, with cost reduced; 2. Multi-layer drying line: thermal efficiency up to 60%, tail gas circulation, high efficiency and energy saving.

Main Features

1. There is a 24% consumption lower than traditional single drying line (For each ton of product drying, this six layers drying line consumes only 250m³ of nature gas while single layer drying line consumes 330m³).The single layer drying line from other competitors would consume 425m³of nature gas. 2. Heat Recovery System: Reuse the exhaust from the drying line, heat the white water to raise the temperature of the pulp; 3. Brand of the Burner: Baltur from Italy; 4. 100mm Thickness Insulation layer,ensure the drying line surface temperature is below 60 degrees. 5. Safety Protection Device; 6. Sliding platform with tooling and maintenance.

01  PULPING SYSTEM

Turm waste paper,such as old newspaper,magazines and cartons,into pilp of certain consistency through pupling,screening,and additive chemical application for forming ,main equipments,pulper,pulp tank,water tank,pilp pump,water pump,agitator consistency controller,control cabinet,etc.

02  FORMING SYSTEM

Attach pulp onto the specially-made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet blank and then deliver it to the drying system.

03  DRYING SYSTEM

Use geating fuels,such as GAS,LPG,LNG,diesel ,steam and thermo oil to dry the formeg wet blanks.

04  STACKING&PACKING SYSTEM

Count the number of dried products ,separate them and stack them up for automated packing.

05  VACUUM SYSTEM

Supply vacuum for product forming.

06  AIR COMPRESSOR SYSTEM

Supply compressed air for forming machine.

07   HIGH PTESSURE WATER SYSTEM

Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine.
