Product Summary:
Molded pulp for industrial package is made from recycled paper such old newspaper and used cartons.. It is shock absorbent and protects goods from damage in storage and during transit. It has excellent anti static properties and offers superior protection of goods than conventional
polystyrene and extruded plastics package. It is ideal for sensitive electronic equipment
and fragile items. It is much cheaper than conventional plastics based package leading
to major raw materials cost savings in both the short and long term.

* All the water are recycled used in the production and the raw materials is waste paper, so it is a 100% environmentally production process. For the countries that lack of water, a water purifying system is recommended.

Composition of the system
The production line is comprised by 7 system as following:
Pulping system: pulp board and clean waste paper will be made into pulp with certain concentration through pulping screening, grinding and addition of chemical agents, including: pulper, grinder, pulp tank, water tank, pulp pump, water pump, agitator, consistency controller and control cabinet. FormingSystem: Attach pulp onto the specially-made forming mold evenly through vacuum effect to make it into wet blank and then deliver it to the drying system.
Drying system: Use heating fuels, such as GAS, LPG, LNG, diesel, steam and thermo oil to dry the formed wet blanks.
Hot-pressing system:Hot press the dried product delivered manually.
Vacuum system: Supply vacuum for forming transferring products.
Air compressor system: Supply compressed air for forming machine.
High pressure water system: Supply high pressure water for washing molds of forming machine.
