1. Running process
Molding: This equipment adopts a flip-up, lift and slurry suction forming method with excellent performance. It has the characteristics of avoiding slurry pockets and uniform slurry suction, ensuring uniform product thickness. On the other hand, the independent pipeline control of vacuum and air pressure in this molding method effectively prevents water from blowing back during the production process;
Pre-pressing: After the product is formed, it enters the pre-pressing process. The equipment has its own pre-pressure function, which can produce products with small angles, locally 0°, and effectively reduce the moisture content of the product;
