To fulfill the market requirement, BESURE TECHNOLOGY has developed a new machine capable of producing the pulp lids, with the machine model as TSMP-9570.

Higher operation accuracy: fully mechanical guide-rail structure to ensure accuracy; Servo motor applied.

More scientific pipeline design: the air pipeline is more evenly distributed; Separate air blow pressure adjustment for each mold platen.

Stronger stiffness and lower weight: Frame structure adopted to increase the overall stiffness of the machine; Reasonable material distribution allows the weight of the thermoformer below 15T.

Running in more energy-efficient way: Despite high rated power for the Drive system: motors in most of the time are in standby mode; Hot-press force is all done by mechanical self-lock, no energy at all is wasted within the force time.

Cleaner and safer: Fully servo mechanical structure, without pollution caused by leakage of hydraulic system; No need to replace the hydraulic fluid; All moving positions are fully covered and equipped with sensors to ensure safe operation.
